Drive Data Recording – At Maestro Level
• Oversampling means that an Ethercat device supplies not only one measured
value for each process data cycle/EtherCAT cycle (duration T), but several.
• We are using this method in data recording from the drive VIA the Maestro
where drive data (Platinum Only) can be synchronously recorded.
− Synchronous between drives.
− Synchronous between Maestro and Drives.
• After configuration of the ‘Data Array’
(Size: 4 -128 bytes, per drive Max 5 drives)
user can simply define drive data to be recorded
and triggered.
• Not yet ready in EAS. Can take 1-2 months.
